Addition to your list: avoid polyunsaturated fats.

Polyunsaturated fats contain least two double bonds in the carbon chain.

These double bonds are easily oxidized, regardless of whether or not they are cooked before being consumed.

Here is a good study that highlights the impact of polyunsaturated fats on endothelial tissue: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19846183/

Here is another study that highlights the impact of elevated endothelial particles on cardiovascular disease and diabetes: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0735109705004821

Examples of polyunsaturated fats: canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, safflower oil

Avoid these products.
