Addition to your list: avoid polyunsaturated fats.

Polyunsaturated fats contain least two double bonds in the carbon chain.

These double bonds are easily oxidized, regardless of whether or not they are cooked before being consumed.

Examples of polyunsaturated fats: canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, safflower oil

Avoid these products.
